From recent ACA Training Sessions, it was noted the Cleaners lists in ACA are extensive and is time consuming for the Cleaning Manager to assign each morning.

With the advice to not delete these due to historical reporting purposes, can we please look at improvements to this page such as;

* active/inactive toggle so that the cleaner list remains short

* make it a centralised list for multiple villages where resources are shared

* an option to pair up names, instead of creating new resource
