Background:

Currently any user with 'write' access (such as Sub Editor) has the ability to delete person CCP's.

This is problematic when a user deletes the record and as there is no audit logs, previous request logged here (https://ideas.inxsoftware.com/intuition/p/intuition-audit-logs-for-role-ccp-requirements)

Request for Change:

Make a system change, so that no person except System Administrators can delete Person CCP's.
