Hi Team, Business raised an issue that Event Reader Users downloaded the Event Report (PDF Format) and shared to other people; so we would like to avoid this. there is a "Show Standard Event Report" setting in the Site Details screen that can be switched off and the report is not available to ALL Users regardless of their access as Admin or Read Only. Howerver, the PDF icon is still available for Users in the Event Reports screen. From the security perspectives, we would like to suggest a functionality where Admin user can decide if the Event Report PDF format is available based on User Security level. For example, when providing Event Reader access for a user in the Event User Security screen, admin user can select “Event Report PDF” checkbox. When it comes to the Event Details screen and Event Reports search screen, system will check if user has “Event Report PDF” permission.
