Agree, because we can't add free text response types withing the Checklist itself, we sometimes create custom fields relating to the Checklist. If these custom fields can be shown on the screenshots above, it will be very handy. Currently the user needs to complete the Checklist on the Mobile APP, hit "review" and only then update the custom fields.
