Escalation: Action Overdue Update

Raised this ticket as I couldnt find the old suggestion ticket for
the 2 issues raised in https://support.inxsoftware.com/hc/en-us/requests/60488
Technically, 2 issuses that we would like to be changed:
Issue# 1: the Action Overdue Escalation is sent to all levels of Supervisors.
Expectation: the Maximum number of Escalation Levels from the Site Details should be higher priority and system should not send notifications to 100 levels of supervisors, should send to the provided Maximum number of Escalation Levels from the Site Details.
Issue# 2: Action escalation is occurring for events that have been cancelled
Expectation: the escalations should not send out for Cancelled events.
