InControl - Security Roles reassignment the ability to enter start and finish dates for security role reassignment. eg. Bob Smith is on leave 01/07/2024-30/07/2024 and his Event Approver securities are to be reassigned to Shane Clarke.

Add a function like the event maintenance to select:

Name of person going on leave (e.g Bob Smith)

Person to reassign to (e.g Shane Clarke)

What Security Roles to reassign (e.g. Event Approver)

Start Date (e.g 01/07/2024)

End Date (e.g 30/07/2024)

InControl would then automatically reassign the Bob's event approver securities to Shane on the 01/07/2024, inactivate Bobs, then on the 30/07/2024 InControl then reactivate Bob's approver securities and deletes or inactivates the ones that were transferred to Shane. Preferably delete so they don't sit there and clutter up the security roles.

Currently it is a manual process to reassign the securities back and when someone like the SSE goes on leave there are a ALOT of roles to reassign.
