When the report is exported to excel a lot of the cells merge which make it difficult to filter, see the screen-clip below where the date/time column is merged into 3 columns, and the sentiment column is also merged into 3 columns. Although this is relatively easy to unmerge and tidy up, its time consuming. The other issue we wanted to highlight is the Stakeholder Name, People and Topics columns. The People column is able to list all people in the one cell, however the Stakeholder Name and Topics columns list each stakeholder and topic in a separate cell which then creates a number of rows, and the whole communication ends up being merged across multiple rows. Given that the People column can be kept to a single row, we were hoping that the Stakeholder Name and Topics could also be kept to a single row.

To add a report to the current standard reports to provide users the ability to report on all aspects/statuses of Tasks as well as export all Tasks within the system

Can we please add the ability to run a Security Role report from the InForm 'Reports' menu? This will give clients an overview of current security role assignments. This process is currently manual. Thank you.

It would be useful to have a visual view of upcoming obligations, conditions & tasks in a calendar format (maybe even colour coded), where users can easily see anything upcoming, as opposed to the long list view.

Being able to visualise data

We require more information to be added to the email notifications associated with a task. It would be helpful to have the condition and/or obligation title included to give Verifiers more information about the task before having the click on the link, especially with the rise in phishing attempts. It would also be helpful to be able to design the email layout to make it more reader friendly.

Integration with InViron so we can see the sample runs that relate to a particular obligation condition.

Enable a filer by responsible INX InForm User under Obligations and Conditions sections of the module, similar to the tasks section where you can filter on responsible INX InForm User.

When changing the owner of a large number of obligations the only way to find them is to run a report and search for them individually.

The Complaints Report within InForm is missing the event date data, the report only pulls the Communication date, however, the event date is required for reporting purposes. Can the reporting information be updated to include both dates please.
