When the report is exported to excel a lot of the cells merge which make it difficult to filter, see the screen-clip below where the date/time column is merged into 3 columns, and the sentiment column is also merged into 3 columns. Although this is relatively easy to unmerge and tidy up, its time consuming. The other issue we wanted to highlight is the Stakeholder Name, People and Topics columns. The People column is able to list all people in the one cell, however the Stakeholder Name and Topics columns list each stakeholder and topic in a separate cell which then creates a number of rows, and the whole communication ends up being merged across multiple rows. Given that the People column can be kept to a single row, we were hoping that the Stakeholder Name and Topics could also be kept to a single row.
