Is there a way we can allocate drug & alcohol tests to the workgroup where the D&A was completed? At the moment if I am D&A tested at QL WA site (like I was last month) it will show in InHealth as QL Head Office as that is my allocated workgroup.

Either or both, have the ability to link a document to a compliance (in the compliance tab) OR link a compliance to a document (in the document tab). This way there is evidence attached to the compliance without having to do it manually through a consultation/compliance set up.

A number of assessors onsite and what we would like to do is mark any consultations that are done with one of the assessors as confidential so only the nurses can view these consultations. Ultimately, what we are looking for is: * A security role (called Nurses for example) that can add, view and edit all consultations including any marked sensitive * A security role (called ESOs for example) that are for our Emergency Team Members who conduct consultations. They can only add, edit and view consultations that are not marked sensitive The thought process behind this is that the ESO's (Emergency Service Officers) are currently able to enter records into InHealth as they see patients when nurses are unavailable. Currently they are able to see all consultations but the situation may arise where one of the ESO's may see one of the nurses about a particular issue that they don't want the other ESO's to be able to see. My thoughts that it would be best if this functionality was linked to a security role rather than manually assigning who can see a sensitive case. A tick box to indicate that it's a sensitive event which triggers the security role is how I see it working.

The ability for users to link the sampling events with a condition will prove compliance and display all sampling (from InViron or InHealth) that is required by legislation. The ability to add an InControl incident for Exceedances that have been highlighted from InHealth would create a link and allow users to investigate each exceedance using the InControl process.

In the case where a person is prescribed antibiotics, we know the end date in advance (e.g. the course might be for five days). Knowing this, shouldn't the system allow use to enter a future date?

Several clients have asked for this. DMIRS documentation says that a person may belong to more than one SEG.

The Consultation Summary adhoc report query only shows consultations that have all the mandatory fields from a consultation populated, which aren't mandatory when booking a consultation (future consultations). It would be better if it returned all consultations including future consultations without the consultation mandatory fields populated.

The ability to edit the document names once uploaded. Currently if there is a spelling error or a change in naming convention the document/s have to be deleted and reuploaded.

Scheduled Reports in InHealth. The client requested Scheduled reports for InHealth, as it is incorporated in InControl & InFlight. It will allow them to receive Monthly scheduled reports for Consultations.
