Background:
Can we please consider the ability to schedule reports to roles, not just names?
For example, we have 3 Mining Supervisors, 2 Leave, I have to manually be told that the people have left, find the new ones then add the new ones into the scheduled report. It is very manual and time consuming.
Request for Change:
Ability to schedule a report to a specific role/s (not just a specific person/s). We have a managed role allocation system via our payroll system, which is automated. If a supervisor leaves and is replaced, they could then automatically receive the report due to the scheduled role being linked to the role not just the persons name.
