Moodle LMS - Have course completion show as 100% when user successfully passes a course
already possible

In Moodle LMS, course completion shows as 0% on Trainees' course overview even after successfully passing the course. This is causing a lot of confusion for the Trainees, the Trainers and the Training Admins.
In the ticket I raised, INX has confirmed that it is a known bug affecting all clients. Would love to see this resolved ASAP.

Thank you for raising this issue. As you mentioned, we are aware of it, and the product team has recently developed a fix to address this. We can proceed by requesting an RFC and applying the fix, which will include the following updates:
Course Completion to show 100%
Any user who completes a course (whether externally enrolled, manually enrolled, or self-enrolled) will now see their course completion data under Person -> My Courses showing 100% completed (previously showing as 0%). The system doesn't remove the course completion and activity result after course completion sync.
Once the course is unenrolled, it will be removed from the user’s profile/my courses section.
At 10 minutes past midnight, a scheduled task runs to remove the course completion and activity results for users who are no longer enrolled in the course. As a result, when a user re-enrolls in the course, their course completion status is reset to 0%
Ability to complete a course procedure when re-enrolled
Users who re-enroll in a course procedure (whether externally enrolled, manually enrolled, or self-enrolled) is now able to retake and complete the course, and the progress will sync correctly with Intuition.
I will liaise with support team to further contact you inregards to this.
Kind regards,
Swathi - Product Team
