InTuition - Ability to Specify Pre-Commencement Training for Roles

Background:
As the LMS System does not utilise role start date/commencement date etc. for the showing of training required within the LMS. We, like many other clients, need to create/manage multiple induction/site roles within InTuition and then manage the allocation of and ceasing of induction roles, then allocate an operational role PURELY to control what you see in the LMS.
This is a significant waste of time, due to:
• The effort required to create/manage additional roles;
• The additional effort from an admin perspective ceasing induction and reallocation of operational roles; and
• Degraded application performance of the role status tabs within a person profile due to large number of requirements across multiple roles.
Request for Change:
As per screenshot below – I believe the whole process can be solved if we were able to introduce a “Training Required Prior to Start Date?” (or something similar), which uses the role start date as a key date.
• If the checkbox is ticked, then the user will see that training in LMS (if there is a corresponding course…).
• If the checkbox is unticked, the user will not see the training course in LMS UNTIL on or after the role start date.
This would be relevant in all three areas – Compliances, Competencies and Procedures. If we can minimise the number of training for new starters, it will be excellent…
As mentioned above – this will save many people a lot of time…

This is becoming more and more of a requirement - and I would say all company would benefit from this type of functionality.
