Ability to assign reader security level in Intuition by Employer, not just Workgroup. This will allow external contractors the ability to only see their employees not everyone assigned to a workgroup.

Currently in Matrices (Skills/Capability/Needs), we can search by Compliance, Competency OR Procedure. Can we please have the ability to search with COMBINED option? i.e. by Compliance, Competency AND/OR Procedure. This is to facilitate our search for the required CCPs.

In Moodle LMS, when users have completed all their courses and procedures, they stay under the 'past' category (filter at the top of the page) for a few days before they disappear from their Course Overview. We would love to give our users the ability to see the list of completed courses and procedures for longer than this (no time limit), allowing them to open them again at any time if they need to.

In +LMS, procedures used to be separated from courses on the left-hand side, which looked a little more organized, and improved the user experience. In Moodle LMS it is just a long list of modules with no apparent category. Quite overwhelming for the user. The only filtering options at the top of the users' Course Overview are: • By completion status: All / In Progress / Future / Past / Starred / Removed from view • By course name: sort by course name / sort by last accessed • Summary: Card / List / Summary But nothing to filter on Procedures / Competencies / Compliances. I believe users would really benefit from this additional filter and hope this is something that can be implemented in the next Moodle upgrade.

In InTuition, under Administration > Procedure Folders, there is no easy way to move a subfolder from one procedure library to another. If your company expands and more divisions are created, you can easily create a new Procedure Library, but to reorganise subfolders INX has advised that the only way is to: * delete the subfolder from the previous Procedure Library * create a new subfolder in the relevant Procedure Library Which means that you would need to manually go into each procedure from the original folder to update / tick the relevant subfolder. Could an easier way to reorganise procedure folders be implemented please?

currently you have to go to InTuition to view course training event bookings that are not completed online and moodle to view enrolments and course completions that are online. It would be better to have this all in one place.

Currently, the integration between INX and activities, particularly when utilised within Moodle, presents limitations in real-time completion tracking at the individual element level. While the overall course completion status is reflected upon the completion of all activities, there's a gap in visibility regarding the progress of users across individual elements within INX until the entire course is finished. This lack of real-time tracking poses challenges in monitoring user progress and addressing potential delays in completing specific elements. To address this issue and provide administrators with comprehensive visibility into user progress, we propose enhancing the integration between multiple INX elements and multiple Moodle activities. This feature was available previously in the old InTuition LMS. Must haves: Granular Completion Tracking: Implement real-time completion tracking for individual INX elements associated with Moodle activities. This enhancement enables administrators to monitor user progress at a granular level, allowing them to identify and address any delays or bottlenecks in the completion of specific elements.

When updating courses in Moodle/ Intuition there should be 2 options for release: Equivalent Non-Equivalent For non-equivalent courses it should allow the option to make people who already hold the course to re-do, re-issuing for completion. This is a basic LMS feature that most LMS's hold. It was previously available in the +LMS package and has been removed as an option in the Moodle upgrade.

Request For Change: Can we please get the following changes made to the Needs Matrix Report (or a new report created?) as per the below: Matrix Colouring – Change the logic of the report from using the “Role Competency Requirements” to “Competency Rating” or “Competency Level” (not sure exactly which). With that in mind, consider a three colour system: Light Green (Compliant) – All CCP’s that are currently “Competent”, or “Verified”, but not in the “About to Expire” Category”; Light Yellow (Compliant, Expiring Soon) – All CCP’s that are currently “Competent”, or “Verified” and are “About to Expire” (for us, this is set to 60 days); RED (No Record, or Expired) – All CCP’s that are currently “Expired”, “Incomplete”, “Not Yet Competent”, “Not Verified”, “Superseded”, or “Suspended”. Within the Matrix body, change the Size 10 Webdings “X” (Not yet competent) to Size 7 Tahoma and change the character value from “r” to “X”. Ensure that the export allows the Matrix to be generated as an excel file, not a web page. It will stop the error message popping up when opening and stop the Matrix from Saving as a web page and save as an excel file; Have the ability to schedule the matrix.
