Currently there is no option available to generate a report or obtain information from INX for users that have been inactive in INX for a period of time. It would be very useful is there was a functionality to generate such a report. This will ensure to stay within the allowed users for the company.

Dear customer,
Thank you for reaching out regarding this functionality update.
With the upgrade to version 5.17 + Identity module, Managers will now be able to view the last login time for users within the system. Additionally, it is possible to deny these users (or any) applications access if requires.
Please note, however, that due to the implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO), which allows for a shared login experience across INX applications, it is not possible to identity which specific application a user has accessed. The SSO login applies universally across all applications and eventually across organizations if the user has access to multiple ones.
Should you have any further questions or require additional clarification, please so not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
Rodo.

Rodolfo Raba - Hi Radolfo - thank you for the feedback. Will Systems Administrators be able to view users last login as well? Thanks

Charmaine Hello,
Only INX Identity managers can view this information.. But a SysAdmin profile can have this role too (this is visible in Identity, a centralized product hub)
I'm happy to show you this in our next catch up!

the ability to run a report to see how often a user accesses INX would be helpful. This will help us identify if people still require access or not, e.g. if they haven't logged in for 6 months then they don't need access.
