INX Sitepass

Could you please add Sitepass ID to the worksite activity report. For our purposes the ID for visitors and workers is essential. Assuming guests do not have a sitepass ID, as they are not assigned an account so for this scenario it can remain blank (unless there is an id assigned to them, if yes please include that) Reason - From privacy perspective when providing high level statistics we would like to be able to de-personalise the data – remove name, email and phone number so the ID would be great to enable us to report on number of unique visitors and workers accessing our sites.

Hi INX, Is there a way to apply an expiry date as required to a particular licence type only. Rather than having the required option turned on (which turns on for all licences) available to be selected? We are wishing to have a mandatory licence record expiry date entered only for Enter and Work in Confined Space as well as Working at Height (if the Worker chooses these two licence types) within the available list of licence requirements. Thank you.

Sitepass VMS app – to improve the geo location, makes it easier for people to find the app and sign in.

Need to have access to system generated emails sent (dates sent to individuals etc.) and ability to resend as required for that training due and overdue reminders

The client to have the ability to connect a disconnected worker.

Dashboards included in worksites to capture compliance for workers and contractors and the ability to report on them.

It would be helpful if dashboard could display data per role or allow user to filter on role to display data in the dashboard. e.g. We implemented two very specific team member roles and would like to see the data in the dashboard to reflect the two roles and not present data for all team members.

The ability to create a report that shows which employee/ team member in invited the contactor/visitor/ team member. Or a section in the profile that shows who invited that contactor/visitor/ team member

Currently unable to paste in dates or type them in (eg. expiry, refresher, start dates). The only option now is to select the date based on the calendar that pops up. It would save a lot of time to have the paste function back.

Is it possible when a contractor Worker signs in using site pass, to also get their mobile phone number included with their name in the text message that is sent to the Host contact they are signing in to? If so, is it also possible to get the Hosts contact name and mobile phone number text messaged to the contractor Worker signing in
