Contractors are frustrated that their admin staff cannot upload certificates and qualifications of their workers. It can only be uploaded by the worker themselves. This is a problem with no so computer literate workers.
If not done correctly their workers are not permitted on site as they haven't uploaded the required certificates and qualifications.

Hi Chad, in order for contractor admins to upload documents on a form, they must first be granted permission within the form settings. To accomplish this, you'll need to request your business administrator to update the section permissions of the form within the Configuration > Form Builder.

HI Chad, thank you for your submission. Contractor businesses administrator can update the forms assigned to their employees workflow, including uploading files. Forms can have restrictions that could limit a contractor admin from updating specific sections in the form, but in reviewing you setup this is not in place. Potentially your contractor staff is not setup correctly in Sitepass with the right permissions.
