It would be good when we can select to show more columns and sort by the last updated date, make this change permanent, so it doesn't revert to the default setting after reopening this page.

This would be very helpful as we process requests based on date of travel, so to be able to sort by Date of Travel would also help us immensely in working out which workflows to process first.
