Multiple Bookings for Same Day - Add Smart Rule to Fill Bookings with Rooms with Clean Status

Problem Statement - when in emergency situations where an evacuation of residents needs to occur, and using the Multiple Bookings to complete this transaction, we've experienced limitations in this page. It does not display Clean Status of rooms selected, if automatically select rooms is on, which does not align with single bookings in SAM or Workflow.
Enhancement Request - When creating Multiple Bookings with First Transport of 'today', it would be great if at a minimum the Clean Status of the rooms populated or even better yet, there is a smart rule to prioritise rooms which have a Clean Status of 'Ready' (green stars) and fill them first before 'Pending'.

Hello, I would expect system in this case where room clean status can be displayed (within 48 hours) then option 2- If no clean rooms are available in Fill order 1 then move to room type that is set to Fill order 2 to find a clean room.
If then there are no more clean rooms after going through the fill order, then to show 1st fill order room type with the not clean rooms.
In emergency situations it is more imperative to use clean rooms to minimise stress on the housekeeping teams.

Good afternoon Emma
As we review this Canny Idea we would like you clarify the below
When Room Type Fill Order is in place, how would you expect the system to select a room
- Select any room in the 1st Fill Order, regardless if clean
or
- If no clean rooms are available in Fill order 1 then move to room type that is set to Fill order 2 to find a clean room
Kind regards,
Shaunette & Pippa
