Can we look at creating a change report so we are able to audit changes (removals, additions, change to name/description/rooms requested etc.) that have occurred to Group Bookings held in SAM?
We would need 2 versions:
  1. Similar to SRF241 Profile Change Audit where we can see the naming/description details and what has changed
  2. The option to pull a detailed report to see when rooms have been removed/added and by what user.
This would be beneficial in GB management to ensure transparency, and if the ability to book via Workflow against a GB is developed in the future this will allow better utilisation breakdowns.
