We have a circumstance where specific items in a room need cleaning on periodic basis. The thought process is that if we create a clean type, can we create a reportable log for when that clean was last done, and have a configurable parameter set to define the frequency that clean would be required.

Eg. Air conditioner clean and service. Needs to be done every 4 Weeks.
