We are looking for a role type within Workflow that will have access to the links menu and be able to view travel of other profiles, however not have any access to make requests.

Currently workflow has several 'create' roles, a 'view only' role and a 'Links only' role. the view/links only roles are unable to create bookings, but they are also unable to view the bookings of other profiles, they can only see bookings for their own proflie.

Can we create a role type that has the ability to see bookings of other profiles without the ability to create and add parameters to limit which profiles they can see by employer/department/cost code? Ideally we would have the ability to allocate which employers/departments/cost codes they would be able to see.
