Hi team,
Any chance there's an update on this item? I can see the original request was made back in 2021 and as it's a popular request, it would be great to understand if this is progressing at all or if there's anything we can do to progress this? Is there a timeframe or confirmation that this has been placed on the roadmap? Any update would be much appreciated.
Kind regards,
Kelly

InFlight - Airline booking interface

Develop an integration between InFlight flight bookings and Avantik (booking system used by the airline). Same concept as currently available in SAM Suite.
Any changes made to flight bookings, currently have to be manually amended in 2 systems (InFlight and Avantik) if within 12 hours of departure, creating additional work for the travel team. Some teams also still have to manual uploads and/or with bulk spreadsheets.

Hi Kelly,
Thank you for your feedback and request to integrate into a third party Flight booking system.
As you can imagine this is a popular request! And INX recognise that this would benefit all of our InFlight customers greatly.
The Product Team are currently exploring options for integrations with flight partners. And discussions are under way to place it into our future roadmap.
I will merge this post with another similar request.
Thanks again for your feedback Kelly, its greatly valued and appreciated that you have taken your time to assist us in providing a product that remains a great solution for our Customers.

Hello - is this something that can be revisited?
Origin are long term customers with INX and Qantas with no plans to change. We still send manifests to Qantas at 1:00pm day prior to travel. A second amendments manifest is sent at 4:00pm day prior to travel capturing any last-minute new bookings/amendments or cancellations. Our travelers cannot check in for a Qantas flight until approximately 4:00pm day prior to travel which causes confusion and angst. Also if the CTM afterhours team receive a last-minute request for a booking it cannot be made until the Qantas charters team are working. Integrating with QTS would solve these 2 ongoing issues, plus reducing the administration burden for CTM and Qantas Charters. Thanks Nadia

Appreciated!
Kassie.

This is also a high priority for Origin - charter flights and block seats to interface with Qantas QTS
