Person Workgroups - Minimise History

Can you please consider on the person workgroups tab to hide the history (and have an option to 'show historical') rather than including the entire list in that tab? Also, can you please move the + (Add New Workgroup) button to the top of this page instead of at the bottom of the entire workgroup history list?

Grant Stephens: lovely to hear from you Grant. Your suggestion would work unless you are using +Process for the travel request. +Process approver security is restricted according to the workgroup on the person details tab not the booking details or work site.

Thank you for your enhancement request of cleaning up the Workgroups Tab, this is a great suggestion, and appreciate your continued support in providing constructive feedback on how INX can create a better user experience within our products.
This suggestion has been reviewed by the Product & Technical Team, and am happy to advise that it will be placed into our backlog for a future release.

Profiles can end up with many workgroups, if the person Perth based and doing regular site visits. The add icon should be at the top of all grids.

Angela Simpson: The ad hoc booking function allows for the entry of a temporary site based workgroup that the exposure hours routine uses when copying the data to the InControl exposure table. That way fewer workgroup changes are required.
