Good Morning Megan,
Thank you for your feedback around the difficulties of an incredibly inconvenient human error that can occur within the Adhoc Bookings feature.
A recent investigation has uncovered this is quite a common occurrence amongst other users, and that our clients then need to contact our Support teams to assist in recovering lost data.
This Post will be reviewed by the Product & Technical Team, and we will investigate into possible solutions (or even a pop up warning before committing changes).
