To be able to see which user has created a profile in InFlight, similar to the workflow history in +Process.

Thanks - Yes, I was referring to being in the application, similar to how +Process has on the top right hand side.

Hi Hayley, 
Unless you are referring to being able to see this in the application itself (this isnt possible), but you can get the data. 
There is an adhoc view within InFlight 'Audit People', which will give you the audit log for all person detail changes. If you look at the column 'ChangeType' of 'New Record' you can use the 'ChangedBy' field which will give the username of the person who created the profile.
