I would like some more information on this post if i can please.
As Grant mentioned there is already capability to send SMS from InFlight to anyone booked on a Flight.
(NOTE: SMS notifications must be enabled by INX for you to see this functionality - please speak to your Account Manager to have this enabled/configured if you wish to have this functionality active within your InFlight environment)
As this is only available for Flights - Would users benefit from having this functionality included for Accommodation Confirmations also?

Kassie Conway: Hi Kassie Origin already use INX Inflight SMS for flights. We are requesting the same functionality for drive in/out travellers who have accommodation bookings. Origin would benefit if the functionality included for accommodation confirmations thanks nadia

Origin are also interested in this SMS Service for accommodation bookings. Currently on version 12.7 and can only send SMS to those on charter flights.

Query on this - do you mean that this sends an SMS once a person has been allocated a flight? Otherwise, this is already possible?
