Background:

When trying to book a roster in the mobilisation, remobilisation, or change roster/new bookings workflow travel section in +Process, there is a drop down menu for rosters that have all active rosters appearing (refer to screen shot 1). To be able to find the roster you require you have to scroll through all active rosters, even if the rosters do not refer to that site or travel requirements.

Request for Change:

To minimise the number of rosters that appear for selection in +Process - add in a Work Sites filter section to the Roster Details screen in InFlight (refer to screen shot 2). Adding in a work site field provides the ability to add in all relevant worksites related to the rosters. The rosters that are linked to the worksites are then the only rosters that appear in the mobilisation, remobilisation or change roster/new booking workflows in +Process.
