Background:

When trying to select a Work Status Code (travel or intervening) in the mobilisation, remobilisation, or change roster/new bookings workflow travel section in +Process, there are a number of drop down menus that have all the work status codes appearing within them. To be able to find the correct work status code, you are required to scroll through all active work status codes, even if they do not refer to that site or travel requirements (refer to screen shot 1).

Request for Change:

To minimise the number of work status codes that appear for selection in +Process - add in a Work Sites filter section to the Work Status Codes screen in InFlight (refer to screen shot 2). Adding in a work site field provides the ability to add in all the relevant worksites related to the work status code. The work status codes that are linked to the worksites are then the only codes that appear in the mobilisation, remobilisation and change roster/new booking workflows in +Process.
