Thank you for your query above regarding Remarks on Roster Days.

Its my understanding that after making an ADHOC Booking for multiple days and applying a Remark (Comment), you would like to have the option to remove those remarks in one action also - rather than having to go to each roster day to manually remove?

Currently the Roster Preview Page will display the most recent comment in the tooltip, and historical remarks will be displayed in the Past Remarks section of the Roster Day Details Page. Once a new remark has been added the old remark will no longer be visible in the tooltip when you hover over a roster day - but will retain its historical record in Past Remarks.

There currently is no functionality that exists to enable the bulk removal of remarks from a persons Roster. I will keep this post open to allow others to comment and/or upvote, if they feel that having the ability to bulk remove roster day remarks would be beneficial.
