Leverage the existing SMS/email functionality for flight bookings, and enhance so site admins could send mass messages to users eg. all site update, or a bulk update to people arriving to site, or bulk message to people checking in. This would bring multiple benefits and advantages.

I am with this. Having similar request from my business users

To be able to send SMS quickly in the event of an emergency. So if it is possible to send SMS based of an evacuation list which has the work status codes as an example. Note: InFlight already has an evacuation report functionality that the team run on a daily basis.
