Being able to send text messages to all INX users would be such a great improvement for our business. This would improve our communication efficiency and our reactivity on a day-to-day basis, especially in case of emergency.

Without seeing the functionality in INX all I can add to this is it's highly advantageous to be able to have an option to send text. Personally, I have adapted to using an alternate program with pulling the data from INX inflight which isn't overly complex. We have implemented a procedure for emergency overnight texting which we can access from our admin mobile phone app. If the procedure changes to INX texting being enabled, I don't believe this could be done from a mobile phone app. It would then require admin having to take a laptop back to camp each night so they could access via INX inflight. Alternatively, we adopt two methods of texting to continue with the current procedure. Would adding this feature impact the programmes response time as currently INX inflight is painfully slow. I don't know if this is due to any background processes now there are other users authorised to access INX + process.

To be able to send SMS quickly in the event of an emergency. So if it is possible to send SMS based of an evacuation list which has the work status codes as an example. Note: InFlight already has an evacuation report functionality that the team run on a daily basis.
