Background:
Initial creation of a personnel profile in advance prior to creating a Mobilisation Workflow.
Due to operational issues and limited accommodation, we cannot commit any workflows greater than 2 weeks in advance – as we have very limited accommodation availability. Due to this, new starters are not able to have their workflows be committed until approximately 2 weeks out from their travel date.
The issue is that we need to get induction information to our Contractors as soon as possible.
So, in order for the contractor to receive their inductions, we are having the contractor complete a full “Mobilisations” workflow, then we are removing all travel, committing the booking, then creating a secondary “New Booking” workflow, re-adding all the travel, which sits pending approval until the upcoming travel date.
Now that we are having more contractors, we have to double handle more and more of these types of requests – solely because of the requirement to complete inductions to be able to access site.

Please advise of any other ideas, or look into what can be done within +Process to enable the creation of a new profile (to receive inductions) prior to travelling to site?
