Context: The current functionality for Minimum Manning Levels in InTuition allows tracking the number of staff required onsite with specific competencies or compliance, by setting the required number of staff at the COMPANY level (highest hierarchy). While this is useful, the ability to assign and track minimum manning levels at a more granular level, specifically down to the Workgroup (the lowest hierarchy level), would greatly improve flexibility and accuracy in meeting staffing requirements.
Feature Improvement Request: We request an enhancement that allows the assignment of minimum manning levels to the Workgroup level. This would provide a more detailed and tailored approach to staffing compliance, ensuring that specific workgroups can meet their staffing requirements independently of higher-level organisational structures.
This improvement will enable teams to better monitor and report compliance at more localised levels, allowing for greater control over staffing, compliance, and competency management throughout the organisation.
