Background:

When running the standard Competencies report, the report is including the inactive competencies by default and is painful when trying to review the expired competencies.

Request for Change:

Consider the ability to include/exclude inactive competencies from this report? It will make reviewing the data easier to have all of the inactive competencies removed from the report or excluded by choice.
