Currently, people are shown as Co in the needs matrix even when they are about to expire. The e only comes up after it's too late to forward plan for it. It would be great to have an easy visual that shows up with "About to Expire (AE?)"

Bonus points if you could choose whether this comes up 1 or 3 months before expiry
