when a person is made inactive it would be good if the system could also cancel any upcoming bookings they have for courses and also delete their user security

Agree. When a person is made inactive it should inactivate all courses and CCPS. If they return to the business should have a box to that displays when they have been reactivated asking if all CCPs are to be reactivated or not.
