+Process - Dashboard “In Tray” sections - Clarification and Specification of Key Information

Background:
Currently, in the In Tray’s of +Process – you see the “Urgent” and “Total” number of workflows for each workflow and relevant step as required. The issue with this is it doesn’t clearly articulate what actually needs to be done and the ‘Total’ can be confusing to the end user.
Request for Change:
For all workflows, it is requested that there be three ‘icons’ (as opposed to the current 2):
1. Urgent Requests (currently configured as anything within 72h);
2. Other Requests not Committed (this would be anything else that has not been committed)
3. Total Committed (I would also query if this is actually required? – if you want to view the details of the committed ones, go view the workflow requests menu?
Again, to re-iterate, I would prefer that the menu only showed me what I actually had to do...

Hi There Grant!
Thank you for the request regarding the Dashboard and InTray Items within +Process.
If we could please clarify your request?
Against Each Workflow Type there is a 'Workflow Total' . eg in your image the Mobilisation Workflow displays 1 Urgent, and 672 Total.
Looking within each stage of these workflows, will display where each of those 672 are sitting in regards to awaiting Actions - Lets call them 'Stage Totals'.
EG. Within Mobilisation Workflow - Out of that 672 Total - 15 Workflows are sitting at the Returned Stage andout of those 15, 1 is deemed as Urgent.
Are you requesting that the Workflow Totals Counter EXCLUDE the "Committed" from the total - or maybe display as a Separate counter?
There is a configurable setting also that can remove items from InTray after X Days. I do believe that some clients prefer to have the visual of the counter to monitor the volume of workflows that are being processed at any given time within that period.
I will leave this open for voting and comments and further clarification.
Looking forward to hearing from you
