Background:

The notifications (returned / declined / committed) do not include the lookup name of the person who has returned, declined or committed the request. The person who receives the notification is unable to tell who is responsible for their response.

Change for Request:

INX have advised that there is no option to add the lookup name of the person who has returned, declined or committed the request. Requesting that this be added as a future enhancement so initiators are able to know who is actioning their requests.
