INX Preserve COC details

INX Preserve COC mandatory details do not match File Import requirements. We have consist issues with our lab teams who have take the COC details and manually input into a system to produce the lab import. The COC details should be updated to include an Site area that would be the site name for INX. And make sure any other of the mandatory requirements for import are supported.

The lab import file requires a site to be included that lines up with the name of the overall site or an error is received from the automatic import yet there is no section on the COC for denoting site. This is causing errors with the lab not entering the correct site. Please add a section above project name on the COC as Site.

Hi Jemma we have been investigating this issue to revise the validation journeys for lab imports.
It is clear that the site information should be included with file sent to labs. Is there any other paint points that you like to list as part of this issue?
