Turnaround time can only be created by a Preserve Manager currently. But since any Preserve user can create a CoC and selecting a pre-defined turnaround time (defined by a Preserve Manager) is an optional field that needs to be filled before publishing a CoC, selecting a turnaround time can be done by any Preserve user. This means there is a lack of control on this field.

Can we please make this field editable only with approval? Or a set value is only able to be selected based on the quote and then a tick box that requests urgent turn around with approval?

As there is a risk that urgent turn around will be selected potentially costing our company thousands of dolalrs.
