We would like to see in the accommodation audit report a column for the workflow number that change was made from on that particular date.

Hi Cassie
The request numbers come into the reports for Folio documents only, when I checked the workflows for Matthew, all are Site Travel documents.

I've used Matthew Azzollini as the resource for testing purposes - 111838. 
The SRF200 and SRF287 do not display a workflow number. It displays date time stamp and the username but there isn't a column for workflow number.

Hello Pippa, has there been any progression regarding this canny idea? We have found it can be quiet time consuming to find out the root cause which tends to lead to a completed workflow. With the workflow number available the time waste would be reduced immensely. This is not only applicable to the Accommodation Audit but also the Transport Audit.
