We would like to request the option to “Email Traveller/Department/Employer” within the accommodation arrival and accommodation departure pages when travelers bookings are ticked as “cancelled”, “stay on”, “rescheduled to earlier date” and “created” as a go show booking.
This is available in the transport no show page. As an example I have provided images of where ideally the ticking would appear on the relevant pages.
Being able to send these emails to our travelers would prompt/remind them the bookings were not amended hopefully building a positive change to booking behaviors.
With this improvement a process that WAIO has been working on will be able to go live.
