We are looking to separate the funtions in SAM for room assigments, we would like the ability to have a menu set/role that has the ability to temporarily assign rooms, but not have access to apply or edit room ownership data.

We have our travel team that has full administrative capability in SAM, and that team is soley responsible for applying room ownership in SAM.

We have other teams that have access to SAM make bookings and move people around rooms at our camps, however they are trained that they should not make any changes to owned rooms even though they have the access.

To prevent accidental and or intended missuse of the functoin, we would like to be able to remove the function from menu set/role.
