Would it be possible to add the function of having an attachment on the new account request screen (to provide an approval document)? Additionally, can we please make ‘department’ a mandatory field?
When we run the SRF301 it shows the department and employer that was selected when the user requested their account, however this information doesn’t appear to link to the SAM profile and are not editable/vislble fields within a Workflow user profile. Is there a way we can have this data visible and editable in a Workflow profile, additionally can these fields be linked to the SAM profile fields (when a SAM profile is linked) and update when they are changed?
