SRF 308 to include bookings "Cancelled" but not marked as "No Show" as a discrepancy

To capture all discrepancies reported on the Accommodation Arrivals Page on SRF 308. Currently those ticked "CANCELLED" on the check in page but not ticked "NO SHOW" on the submit page (could easily be missed) are not reported on yet the booking is removed from the system.
