We would like to have the job title of the person attending site to be added to the Personal Details page as a mandatory box when mobilising to site. This box should be present within InTuition/InFlight and +Process mobiisation requests. This is to assist the site admins, OHN and trainers / compliance officers. With the addition it will enable admins to select the correct roles for the personnel, OHN can review medicals effectively knowing what role the person is coming to site to complete and compliance / trainers can ensure the contractor or employee has what they need to work safely onsite/be site compliant. This could sit next to the 'Employer' box.
