Background: Significant Time and Effort is Required to 'clean up' inadvertent/duplicated profiles. Especially when using +Process. Request for Change: Ability to go to an Admin Section, which will allow a System Administrator to search for a person, then if they choose to, the system will go and look at all possible joins, then delete all records. Including, but obviously not limited to: InControl - Events, Injuries, Persons Involved; InTuition - Roles, Training Events, Person CCP's (and attachments); InFlight - Rosters, Adhoc Bookings, Flights, Accommodation; +Process - Workflow Records This obviously is not aimed to remove an admin, or large scale user, just a way that we can easily cleanup duplicated, or unwanted profiles with a small number of joins.

Within the Personal Details section, would like to have an extra box for 'Preferred Name', preferably this could be searchable as well.

Background: Can we please consider the ability to schedule reports to roles, not just names? For example, we have 3 Mining Supervisors, 2 Leave, I have to manually be told that the people have left, find the new ones then add the new ones into the scheduled report. It is very manual and time consuming. Request for Change: Ability to schedule a report to a specific role/s (not just a specific person/s). We have a managed role allocation system via our payroll system, which is automated. If a supervisor leaves and is replaced, they could then automatically receive the report due to the scheduled role being linked to the role not just the persons name.

Background: Currently, there is no way to bulk modify/delete securities for personnel no longer in the business. Request For Change: We need a way to bulk review (or delete) user access (like has been done within InControl Event User Security) to be able to easily review/modify/delete security items for: InControl: Security Roles Combined (currently have to open each security type manually...) InTuition: User Security InFlight: Camp Security Site Security User Security Even the ability to toggle inactive personnel only, so you can easily add new access for personnel (or delete the access altogether...). We would like to have the job title of the person attending site to be added to the Personal Details page as a mandatory box when mobilising to site. This box should be present within InTuition/InFlight and +Process mobiisation requests. This is to assist the site admins, OHN and trainers / compliance officers. With the addition it will enable admins to select the correct roles for the personnel, OHN can review medicals effectively knowing what role the person is coming to site to complete and compliance / trainers can ensure the contractor or employee has what they need to work safely onsite/be site compliant. This could sit next to the 'Employer' box.

Background: We have an issue with data entry whereby there are spaces in email addresses – no matter how hard we try… We cannot eliminate them. With other systems (LMS/Assessor) are now using the email address as a unique id (such as login). The issue is that INX core doesn’t validate email address at all and we have ongoing issues with LMS/Assessor when people have duplicate/invalid emails. Recommended Action: There needs to be validation in INX Core – this will ensure that the email address remains updated as required: The Validation needs to include the following validation on emails, but not limited to: • Must be unique; • Must include a “@”; • Must not include any “ “, (both leading and trailing); • Etc…

Merge people profiles, where changes cascade across all modules. Would save so much time dealing with inevitable duplicate people records.

Having an automated process to deactivate profiles based on certain parameters will save a large amount of admin overhead and help clients to keep within their APPs contractual requirements. I envisage a page in the Administration section that allows clients to change the parameters such as: The number of days that people have not had a work status for (eg 30 days from today) The number of days that people have not completed any training (eg 30 days from today) A flag to include anyone that has a level of security in any of the INX modules or not (our site would prefer to not auto deactivate people with security, we'd manage these people through a manual process to ensure that InControl events, scheduled reports, etc are all reassigned and then security removed and the profile deactivated) It should also include the ability to AND / OR any of the above statements. In addition, it should include an option to indicate how often the deactivation script is run (ie daily, once a week/fortnight/month, every 3 months).

Some of the naming conventions within INX have specific gender terms, e.g. "Manning Reports" can this be renamed to "Personnel Reports". Another example is "Mandays" can this be referred to as "Exposure hours or day".
