All notifications automatically assigned for new users

When new accounts get access to view all, all notifications get assigned instead of the bare minimum, resulting in a lot of notifications being received the following morning.

Would be great for the minimum notifications to be set from the get go.

For us, we have to get a new 'My team' member to let up know they have created their account, then we have to let the person know they should deselect the shown features. Adds unnecessary admin.

This could be easy to achieve by either defaulting the 2 Connections boxes to unticked, or leaving ticked, but inserting another 'Watchlist only' filter into the Connections section.
