UMT - Include the username in the email to new users

When using the Email Activation option in the UMT, the new user receives a 'Change Password' email which does not contain their username. This then requires another email to be sent, to give them their username. Please include it in the automated email.

The upcoming 5.17 release will introduce a major update to user authentication with users required to login via a unique email address, rather than a username. This change is currently in development.
