The ability for users to link the sampling events with a condition will prove compliance and display all sampling (from InViron or InHealth) that is required by legislation.

The ability to add an InControl incident for Exceedances that have been highlighted from InHealth would create a link and allow users to investigate each exceedance using the InControl process.
