Ability to set default timezone in ALL INX Modules to current standard time (AWST)
already possible

Have the ability to set the default time to current time zone - for ALL INX Modules. For example, when raising a new event in InControl, it should default the time to display AWST (for example, the current time is 3.17PM AWST however it defaults to 5:17PM (AEST) (because the INX server is in AEST).
The same for the timestamps when making a change, it will display the changed on date in AEST not AWST (and other notifications such as SMS sent times etc).
This was raised as a Canny request last year however was misinterpreted as InFlight timezone. We are suggesting ability to configure for all modules. This should be something we can configure in the Admin Settings.

Hi, in support of this especially as we have operations across Aus and in Canada.
Would also like to explore the option, or feature to have it default to local time as well as the server time (will assist with end of month activities and due dates). Currently our Canadian site/s get an overdue notice 16 hours prior to it being overdue due to the time change). Currently all non AEST sites have to manually update both timefields -- if missed some of our incidents are reported in future date, there is no error message to prompt the user the amend.

Hi Candice, Thank you for reporting this request. We have looked into your setup, and your INX application is currently hosted in a server with the AEST timezone. A migration of your application to a server with AWST timezone will resolve your issue. If this is something you would like to action, please contact your account manager or our support team to discuss this further +61 (08) 6373 2900
