We have a preference that instead of Sitepass sending an email (in event of a user deviation of being <0.01 BAC) - it needs to send a SMS (instead of an email) to nominated mobile numbers.

SMS notifications would enable site supervisors to receive SMS associated with deviations in real time and will lead to appropriate risk remediation steps to be undertaken immediately and restrict user to enter site until the follow-on processes are initiated.
